Our Manual describes the Quality Management System, which has been established and implement at Devi Fabricators, Gujarat in order to ensure that the quality of products manufactured and the project management services provided meet the requirements of customer and specifications at optimum cost for the organization. This manual and the quality system it describes are applicable to all products being manufactured and project management services being undertaken in the organization and to all areas of operation. This Manual satisfies the requirement of the following standard: ISO 9001: 2000 for all of our operations.

Top management has identified quality objectives, including those needed to meet requirements of product, for relevant functions and levels within the organization. The objectives are measurable and consistent with the quality policy. Devi Fabricators has established, documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved the effectiveness of its Quality Management System by:

Identifying its process needed for QMS application and determining its sequence of interaction. Determining criteria and methods to ensure effectiveness of both the operation and control of these processes. Making available resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes. Monitoring, measuring and analyzing these processes. Implementing actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.
